About the Role

Rudra Nethra is hiring Sales Executives to promote and sell Karungali (Ebony Wood) products through telecalling and WhatsApp communication. This role is suitable for candidates who are confident in communicating, willing to work on targets, and motivated to earn through performance-based incentives. Complete product and sales training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain Karungali product benefits and usage clearly
• Convert calls into confirmed sales orders
• Communicate via phone & WhatsApp (Share images, videos, offers)
• Follow up with interested customers and close payments
• Generate repeat orders and customer referrals
• Maintain daily call logs and sales reports
• Ensure ethical selling practices and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any qualification (No degree required)
• Age Limit: 20 – 35 years
• Good communication in English / Hindi / any native language
• Sales or telecalling experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Target-oriented and incentive-driven mindset
• Discipline, punctuality, and consistency in reporting

Probation & Salary Details

• Probation Period: 2 months (Performance-based stipend + incentives)
• Monthly Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹12,000 + performance incentives
